Where I can park?

If you’re arriving by motorbike or scooter, you’re welcome to park directly in front of our coworking space.

If you’re coming by car, we kindly ask that you park at the Lotus supermarket located just across the street from us. Thank you for helping us keep the area in front of the space clear and accessible for everyone.

What types of passes do you offer?

We offer flexible access plans including hourly passes, daily drop-ins, weekly access, and monthly memberships. Long-term plans and resident rates are also available.

What facilities are available on-site?

Amenities include high-speed fiber internet, ergonomic chairs, A/C, phone booths, printer/scanner access, lockers, complimentary coffee & tea, and a community lounge.

What are your opening hours?

Desk+Chair is accessible 24/7, every day of the week. Our Community Manager is available onsite from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM to assist you.

Why do you need a copy of my passport?

For security purposes. Our space is open 24/7, and members have full access at all times. Requesting a copy of your passport helps us ensure the safety of your belongings and maintain a secure environment for all members. We take your privacy seriously and your information will be kept strictly confidential.

What is the WIFI speed?

We offer high-speed fiber internet with 2000 Mbps download and 1000 Mbps upload – perfect for video calls, large uploads, and seamless remote work.

Can I work overnight?

Absolutely! Our space is fully operational 24/7 – whether you're an early bird or a night owl, you're welcome anytime.

Can I use a regular desk and talk on the phone?

Yes, you can take calls while working at a regular desk, we recommend using our dedicated phone booth or heading up to the rooftop area, both designed to offer you more privacy and comfort.
